Pay Change
- Go to Talent Management Tab
- Click Personnel Action Forms
- Click Create Personnel Action Form Transactions
- Select Employee
- Select Type: Employee Change Form, Select Reason: Pay Change
- Select Applicable Workflow
- Select Effective Date: Is always in the current pay period or future, no previous dates before current pay period will be allowed.
- Select Rate Type: New Pay Rate ($) or Dollar Increase ($) or Percent Increase (%)
- Answer question 1 in detail
- Answer Question 2, may ask HR for the date
- Answer Question 3, if marked no, do not proceed and see HR, if marked yes then proceed to next step
- Answer questions 4 & 5 and proceed
- If there is no Retro, then submit and email to next approver
