Are you in need of support during your 

time away from work? 

You can apply for short-term disability. If your condition is approved, Unum will cover 60% of your weekly wages up to $500 a week and a max duration of 11 weeks if necessary and by recommendation of your Doctor. Please note there is a 14 day EP (Elimination Period) before your claim begins payment. Also, please contact HR for instructions on how much leave you are allowed to use during your time away from work to work in unison with your short-term disability weekly benefits.
