As an HMA member, you have access to many discounts on programs, products, and services to help support you and your family’s health and well-being. Continue on to discover how to access your account online & what is available to you provided by HMA. Please note you will need your membership id #. If you do not have your HMA card, please contact HR and we can provide your membership id# for you.

Additionally, if you have lost your card, you can request a new one from creating your account online. You will also have the ability to print a copy of your card through accessing the member portal.
